In order to accommodate the needs and religious practice of the Muslim Community, Toucheng Leisure Farm has built an exclusive Muslim Kitchen equipped to cater and serve the Muslim guests in accordance with the Islamic doctrine. Our chefs have attended a special Halal cuisine training, all cuisine must be consistent with norms and taste of the multicultural Halal practice. Meats and some special ingredients are purchased only from Muslim's recognized shops or organizations, together with the fresh Farm grown products of fruits and vegetables, our chefs have confidence with his/her cooking without losing the Muslims traditional dining experience.
Below is the Halal meal (lunch).
1. Fried Beef with black pepper powder.
2.Squid salad with onions.
3. Salmon soup with ginger.
4. Fried chicken breast (Thai style)
5. Steamed fish with lemon.
6. Blanched fresh vegetables, (some freshly picked from the vegetable garden during our tour).
7. Steamed corn and shrimp.
Plus fruits and preserved Roselle and kumquat pickles.
