The theme of the farm is mainly on rural life, it provides abundance variety of alternative activities, so that people of all ages can paricipate and enjoy the activitiesa which are: Farm tour, baking pizza, DIY painting T-shirts and green bags, night observation and lighting sky lantern with written wishes on it.

Visitors will be led by friendly tour guides throughout the whole activities.

The Farm's big playground allows all visitors to enjoy, exercise and relax themselves. They can exercise amidst the natural environemnt. CHildren can experience activities like stilt, Tz-ling, bamboo dance and others. Everyone can share this memorable experiences,

Healthy Halal Cuisine

In order to accommodate the needs and religious practice of the Muslim Community, Toucheng Leisure Farm has built an exclusive Muslim Kitchen equipped to cater and serve the Muslim guests  in accordance with the Islamic doctrine. Our chefs have attended a special Halal cuisine training, all cuisine must be consistent with norms and taste of the multicultural Halal practice. Meats and some special ingredients are purchased only from Muslim's recognized shops or organizations, together with the fresh Farm grown products of fruits and vegetables, our chefs have confidence with his/her cooking without losing the Muslims traditional dining experience.

Below is the Halal meal (lunch).

                     1. Fried  Beef with black pepper powder.

2.Squid salad with onions.

3. Salmon soup with ginger.

          4. Fried chicken breast (Thai style)

5. Steamed fish with lemon.

                                                           

 

 6. Blanched fresh vegetables, (some freshly picked from the  vegetable garden during our tour).

7. Steamed corn and shrimp.

Plus fruits and preserved Roselle and kumquat pickles.

After a long preparation and intensive training, Toucheng Leisure Farm has been approved by the Chinese Muslim Association as a Muslim Friendly Restaurant. A certification from the Chinese Muslim Association hangs at the Farm's Information Desk to verify this.
